NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (NEC) MEETING 

UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA - 03 APRIL 2017

I would like to inform all branch leaders of TAMELASA the NEC meeting which will be conducted at UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA (UDOM) on 03 April 2017.

Main Agenda ...

1. Report from branches
2. Report from National Bearing
3. Constitutional review
4. Issues facing association
5. Establishment of zones
6. AOB

Also all chairpersons should come with list of TAMELASA member  from his/her branch and the list should be showing the list of active members and non active members.

Note:

• Active members are those who paid a registration fee and annual fee for 2016/2017
• Non active members are those paid registration fee but does not paid an annual fee for 2016/2017
